Product Description

 

1. The impeller features a novel curve trajectory. Through optimized design, the total adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency are further improved, resulting in excellent air volume and pressure characteristics.

2. The inlet and exhaust shielding lines of the casing adopt a helical cut design, forming triangular intake/exhaust ports with the rotor apex lines. These ports open sequentially as the rotor rotates, promoting smoother operation and reducing vibration and noise.

3. The structural design prevents bearing and gear oil from entering the casing interior, ensuring an oil-free working chamber. This delivers clean gas without air pollution caused by oil fumes.

4. With a compact structure, special bearings, and oil seals, the blower offers extended service life and convenient maintenance.

5. The impeller and shaft use a split-type press-fit structure. Microscopic gaps between impellers eliminate collisions, ensuring stable performance and enabling long-term continuous operation

Operating Conditions

1. The inlet gas temperature of the conveyed medium generally should not exceed 40ºC.
2. The particle content in the medium must not exceed 100mg/m³, and the particle size must not exceed half of the working clearance.
3. During operation, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 95ºC, and the lubricating oil temperature shall not exceed 65ºC.
4. The operating pressure must not be higher than the pressure rise range specified on the nameplate.
5. The clearances between the impeller and housing, impeller and side plates, and impeller-to-impeller have been pre-adjusted in the factory. Ensure these clearances are maintained during reassembly.
6. During operation, the oil levels in the main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank must remain between the two red marks on the oil level gauge.
7. Inspect all inlet/outlet connections to verify no fastening points are missing, and ensure all pipeline support points are properly installed. For units requiring cooling water (e.g., fans or vacuum pumps), confirm the cooling water system is installed as per specifications.
